Edwardian
Edwardian styled conservatories are fully double glazed with a BBA certified Classic roofing system. The roof is available with self cleaning glass or 35mm seven walled clear, opal or bronze tinted polycarbonate, or optionally specialist polycarbonate. Available either glass to ground or with a 525mm dwarf wall. All these features are standard in our range;
Two opening toplights with shoot-bolt locking and a night vent facility allowing the windows to be locked partially open to allow ventilation.
A set of French doors with a nine point locking Era high security lock, positioned to suit your requirements.
A roof fan with lights and a twin electrical socket (provided there is a suitable supply fairly close by).
The windows and doors are manufactured using white Duraflex 65mm Diamond Suite fully featured profiles, reinforced with hot dipped galvanised steel profiles, and glazed using 28mm toughened glass with internal beading for added security.
Matching interior cills, guttering and down-pipe.
Our standard base and dwarf walls consisting of concrete footings of 450mm width, with three courses of brick to lift the conservatory to 150mm above the lowest point of ground level, hardcore sub-base, damp proof membrane, 100mm floated concrete floor with wall ties. Dwarf walls will (subject to availability) be constructed of bricks to match the main house, or alternatively can be supplied in other materials or finishes.

Victorian
The Victorian is a popular and distinctive style, versatile enough to suit a wide range of properties. The bay front, available in three facet to maximise space, or five facet to give a more rounded appearance, combined with the ornate ridge details lend the Victorian a very classical and stylish appearance.
Victorian styled conservatories are fully double glazed with either a self cleaning glass roof, or 35mm thickness seven walled polycarbonate both using the Classic roofing system. Pagoda
Pagoda is a new take on the traditional lantern conservatory, and allows you to create a uniquely different style of conservatory for your home. The roof shares some similarities to the lantern style, but without the vertical row of windows between the two tiers of the roof. The resulting look is much more contemporary and elegant.
The roof allows for a wide range of glazing options, in either glass, polycarbonate or the latest Conservapanel – or a combination of these across the two tiers, as can be seen in our showsite model.
The outstanding thermal properties of Conservapanel, when combined with wall and floor insulation, and a partially glazed roof, allow compliance with part L of the building regulations, removing the need for a door to seperate the conservatory from the rest of the house, and allowing a much more open and inviting conservatory.
T and P Shaped
T and P shaped conservatories are ideally suited to larger properties, blending two of the simpler styles to create the shape, typically a lean-to and Victorian for a P shape, or a lean-to and gable for the T shape, adding more space and versatility to the conservatory.
Many customers opt for these very different styles in order that they achieve a multi-purpose room within a single open plan structure.
With this in mind these conservatories can be tailored to suit individual needs – lounge / office – dining area – utility etc.
With larger conservatories such as these we pay special attention to the design criteria and will advise on suitable solutions for your requirements. Generally, these will use the Classic roofing system.

Lantern
For homes that require a larger conservatory, a Lantern makes an impressive addition. The Lantern style dates back to the orangeries of days gone by and is distinguished by the two tiered feature roof, which adds an extra dimension to the feeling of height and space. Typically chosen for older properties for their traditional look,they are also a popular choice for swimming pool enclosures.
